It is already some time ago that we heard some notes from Several Dub , but this won`t be any longer cause the new deep driving track “Long Below NY” is ready for sharing with all the lovers of the real good old Progressive House music and style. Well, this track really reminds a bit of the old days where the structure was build piecemeal up to a satisfied peak. A bit of a deep dream, serious and maybe hopefully is crossing the reality of a cold atmospheric inside.

Welcome to the world of Time Fusion – John Aidan signed to our high rated trance imprint and now it is the right time to present the stuff from the Belgian producer right here! Well, his Original Mix starting sounding like a bit of the good old Coldharbour records, having an atmospheric lovely deep and moody sound that perfectly ends into a taste of uplifting sounding synth melody -maybe the right track to enjoy the midnight of that city John named in the title. Steven Liquid picked up the theme and put this track into his unique and personal trance style, just floating and spacey touched by warm pads with an also coming off bass line inside. Be ready for the 140er version of this track. Further two new names are completing this release. Charlie Walker used the main theme for a short note and put this all a little more moving thru the epic world of trance while Derrick Clarq choose the other way and hit the main theme into a groove changing off bass line with some strange voices like shadows of the night.

With this release we are also Say Hello to DJ Shy. He made the track sounding up to more melodic trance in his remix. And finally the Italians their self start to create some downtempo and chill`sounding remix with a taste of soundings around the world. So we proudly present the new release called March On Ice ? enjoy the 88th on Time Fusion!

Ground Zero Vibes are one of the new rising italian dj producer and remixer project in the electronic scene. Their djing experience started in the 1996 in private parties.Step by step they began resident dj’s of various clubs of their area and in 1998 “Semtex Energy Drinks Tour” official d.j.’s in Campania. In subsequent years they rocked crowds of some of the best italian clubs like Baia Imperiale (Gabicce mare), Oro Bianco and Movida Beach (Grosseto), City, Golden Gate, Arenile Reload, La curtis, Rebig, La villa and Old king (Naples), Subway (Caserta).They had also the chance of playing in an international one night party as “Feel Trance” in Germany, and in alternative locations as Argentario Golf Club (Porto Ercole) and Zanzipark Ski park (Cerreto Laghi).Their radio shows “Zero Tales” and “Trance Pushers” were broadcasted from Radio Basslover and Radiorana, moreover they were guestmix on radios like Trance FM and ZaanRadio.First track comes in 2006, over the years their productions were supported by dj’s like Adrian Ivan, Robert Gitelmann, Odonbat, Thomas Coastline, Matamar, Charlie the Diggerman, Sasha da link, and played by radios like Sunshine Live, Trance FM, Tranceradio, Ensonic Fm, Dreamradio. Ab 2013 plant die GEMA ein neues Gebührensystem. Kleinere und mittlere Clubs sollen dabei angeblich entlastet werden, das Gegenteilkönnte aber der Fall sein.

Sollte die Reform durchgeführt werden, wäre deutschlandweit mit einem massiven Clubsterben zu rechnen, so die Kritiker.

Auch wir unterstützt die Petition gegen die GEMA Tarifreform 2013.

Es könnte für die nationale Club- und Kulturszene einer der verheerendsten Einschnitte der Nachkriegsgeschichte werden, so erklingen die schärfsten Kritiker. Beispiele zeigen tatsächlich, dass auch kleinere und mittlere Clubs -auch bei Veranstaltungen mit freiem Eintritt- keine Vergünstigungen sondern zum Teil erhebliche Mehrkosten zu erwarten haben. Für einen Club bis 200qm Größe würden sich die GEMA-Gebühren bei einem Eintrittspreis von 15Euro um 45% erhöhen, bei Clubs bis 600qm um 81%, bei mittleren Clubs und etwas höheren Eintrittspreisen ist man schnell bei Erhöhungen um 500%.

Wenn die Musik länger als fünf Stunden gepielt wird, käme eine weitere Erhöhung um 50% hinzu, auch der Wegfall von Nachlässen erhöhe weiter die Kosten, schreibt der DEHOGA Bundesverband (Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband, Anm.d.Red.).

“Die GEMA-Gebühren für eine Abendveranstaltung mit Musik, die um 19:30Uhr beginnt, würden sich dann ab 0:30Uhr nochmals deutlich verteuern. Discotheken, deren Veranstaltungen in der Regel von 22 bis 5Uhr laufen, sind besonders betroffen. Ihnen drohen Erhöhungen von durchschnittlich 400 Prozent (6 Euro Eintritt, 200 qm Fläche) bis zu 1.400 Prozent (15 Euro Eintritt, 500 qm Fläche). Auch Festivalveranstalter und Fans beziehen Stellung gegen das Vorhaben der GEMA, Ein konkretes Rechenbeispiel erreichte uns auch von den Kollegen aus der Distillery (Leipzig). Für den ältesten House- und Technoclub Ostdeutschlands würden die Kosten von 7.000€ auf 87.000€ im Jahr steigen.

Die Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte, GEMA, könnte in ihrem Vorhaben aber gestoppt oder zumindest gelenkt werden, sofern die Online-Petition  50.000 Unterstützer findet, denn dann müsste sich der Bundestag in einer öffentlichen Sitzung mit dem Sachverhalt beschäftigen. Es sieht ganz gut aus, denn 45.000 Unterzeichner haben sich bereits gefunden! 50.000 soll hier aber nicht als Grenze verstanden werden – umso mehr Unterstützer sich im Zeichnungszeitraum finden, desto mehr Nachdruck erhält die Forderung!
